Take some time out to plan for the day's activities. At this one stop shop located on site in the City Forecourt, you can find general information, Festival guides, glasses and tickets for Festival events including New Year's Eve and the Festival Club.
Festival Broadsheets
To find out what's happening each day, for stage line ups, the After Taste program, tastings, sporting events collect your free Festival Broadsheet at the forecourt entrances or the Hazell Bros InfoShack at the Taste Festival; or you can download the broadsheet as a PDF [1.8mb].
iPhone Application
For up to date Festival information and social media interaction we are producing a free iPhone application. We expect this to be available from the app store in December.
themercury.com.au Wireless Internet Space
This year themercury.com.au will be offering a relaxing space to surf the net on site at the Taste Festival. Use your laptop, mobile or iPhone to access the internet and check email, blog and catch up on the latest news.
Festival wine glasses
To enjoy the fantastic range of Tasmanian wine, you will need to purchase a Taste Festival wine glass or bring along one from a previous year.
Cost: Regular $6, premium $10 (limited edition). Glasses are available for purchase at the Hazell Bros Infoshack.
Taste plate
Every stall will have a Taste plate providing the opportunity to sample dishes for $7 or under.
Smoking
The Taste Festival is a 100% smoke free event.
Dogs and other pets
Please leave your pets at home as no animals are permitted within the Taste Festival sites.
ATMs
No ATMs will be available in the Festival site so it's best to visit an ATM prior to arriving.
