This year’s Festival theme, ‘Shared Taste’, encourages shared experiences of food and culture inviting a broader festival experience. The Taste Festival aims to celebrate and explore Tasmania’s rich heritage while contributing to increasingly sophisticated and forever surprising contemporary food culture. Above all the Festival is a celebration of artistic, cultural and culinary expression.
